Context
After users completed a transaction on the ABC Personal app, the UX Research team could only measure their satisfaction through user interviews.
Problem
User interviews required at least 5 days to gather the metrics.
Challenge
- Create a flow to measure user satisfaction in a fast and dynamic way
- Design a solution integrated with the current workflow, avoiding interruptions to the user process

The time to obtain metrics decreased from 5 days to 1 day, as user feedback is now gathered continuously, 24/7, through the app.
